Recipe: Weeknight Bolognese

I love pasta (who doesn't?), and bolognese sauce tucked into pockets of orecchiette really hits the spot accompanied by some veggies and bread. I had a difficult time finding crushed San Marzano tomatoes, but the recipe was very particular about using San Marzano, so I went on a hunt and was successful! This was super easy to make, and considering it was my first time making sauce from scratch- I don't think I did a bad job!
