Recpe: Gorgonzola Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Proscuitto


I made these on Thanksgiving after my mom was absolutely *dying* to show me the recipe that she found in a magazine earlier in November. While in Israel this summer, I was surrounded by dates but didn't eat one the entire time I was there because I'm not a huge fan. However, I love blue cheese and love proscuitto even more so I figured why not, and made this easy appetizer.
